The middle east’s Super App, offering a range of services from ride hailing, groceries to financial services. I worked on the end to end food delivery vertical across 3 markets UAE, KSA and Jordan.

 

My role & key highlights:

  1. Lead the end to end Saudi product revamp. From collaborating with UX researchers on mapping personas. To on ground usability testing in Jeddah with local users in Arabic. As well as created bilingual prototypes.

  2. Within UAE and Jordan, I’ve worked on features that improved Customer Retention and Conversion Rate. And reduced Customer Contact Rate as well as Time to Order.

  3. Cross vertical collaboration between different verticals to unify components.

  4. Co-lead usability tests with UX researchers.

 

An award winning food tech startup with branches in UAE & KSA. A subscription based food delivery platform, serving discounted & scheduled meals from top curated restaurants to office workers.

 

My role & key highlights:

  1. Joined the company from seed stage until its acquisition by Uber.

  2. Oversaw the design of 3 touch points: The customer facing app, the vendor portal and driver facing app. With 60K monthly orders across each market, we focused on aggressive customer acquisition.

  3. Complete revamp of the vendor facing website’s UI & UX. And received consistent positive feedback from the Operations team up to a year later.

  4. Built the design org from the ground up. By hiring, managing and training a cross-functional team of designers.


A platform for designers and film makers to collaborate by producing design film documentaries in the Middle East. The purpose of these documentaries is to educate the region on the design/filming process from start to finish.
